Marshall University’s Lewis College of Business and Brad D. Smith Schools of Business will host their third CEO Panel of the Dean’s Distinguished Speaker Series at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 3. The free event will be virtual and open to all, with a media Q&A session to follow.

For the third year in a row, Marshall University’s Lewis College of Business, home of the Brad D. Smith Schools of Business, has been named among the nation’s most outstanding business schools, according to The Princeton Review®. The education services company, headquartered in New York City, profiled Marshall as one of 244 outstanding on-campus M.B.A. programs for its “Best Business Schools for 2021” list.

The Marshall University Brad D. Smith Business Incubator has named Tricia Ball as the new leader of the entrepreneurship facility, located in downtown Huntington.

Marshall University’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation (iCenter) and Intuit, makers of QuickBooks, TurboTax and Mint, partnered to present a Virtual Prosperity Pop Up, featuring local small business Heritage Farms May 29. The virtual Prosperity Pop Up was a special opportunity exclusively provided to the Marshall University and Intuit communities and was co-hosted by Marshall alumnus and Intuit Executive Chairman Brad D. The Brad D. Smith Undergraduate School of Business at Marshall University will launch its first fully online Bachelor of Arts degree in general business beginning Fall 2020.
