Biography

Terri Moran is an alumni of Marshall University with a Master of Science degree majoring in both Adult/Technical Education and Training and Development. She has been employed with Marshall University for over 25 years and with the School of Pharmacy since inception.

As Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, Ms. Moran functions as a school liaison with university units, outside organizations, and the public.  She coordinates with affiliated hospitals, boards of pharmacy, and other agencies to provide necessary student and alumni information.

Ms. Moran supervises the daily operations of the Office of Student Affairs including the student recruitment program, admission application and interview process, student enrollment and records, retention, and progression through the PharmD program, alumni relations and outreach, and several events including the white coat ceremony, new student orientation, honors and awards, commencement, and other school functions.

She works closely with the Office of Academic Affairs regarding student related issues and concerns. As a member of the Executive Council and several other administrative committees she prioritizes her role as a student advocate.
