How do I report an item that needs repair?

For non-emergency repairs, please complete the On-Line Work Order Request Form.

For emergency repairs call the Facilities & Operations Office at 304-696-6681.

 

How do I report burned out light bulbs?

Send a request using the On-Line Work Order Request Form.

 

What do I do if I am locked out of my office?

Facilities & Operations and MUPD no longer unlock offices or classrooms due to security and personnel purposes.  Please bring the needed keys with you.

Facilities & Operations staff will attempt to unlock offices/classrooms as time and availability permits.  The response time will be unknown due to the demand of the day.  During regular working hours call the Facilities & Operations Office at 304-696-6681.

 

Who cleans my office and/or classroom, and when do they clean it?

Either Campus Service or contract workers usually during evening hours.  Some buildings do have day service.

 

Who do I call if I have pests (mice, ants, etc.) in my building?

Call the Facilities & Operations Office at 304-696-6681.

 

How do I report a trapped or injured animal?

During regular working hours call the Facilities & Operations Office at 304-696-6681.

If after hours call MUPD at 304-696-HELP.

 

Who empties my trash?

Trash inside offices and buildings is collected by Campus Service or contract workers.
