HUNTINGTON, W. Va. (WMUL-FM) —  The Grayson Gallery & Art Center, Inc. (GGAC) will wrap up its summer programming with the monthly F!nal Fr!days event, a free opening reception for artists and the public on August 28, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

This art exhibit will feature the works of two individual, award-winning and unique photographers – Laura Maul and Amy Rice.

More than 60 pieces by the artists will be on display along with various photo prints; works will be available for purchase at affordable prices.

This show was made possible due to a referral from the Anglin Family (the Doug Anglin Memorial Student Art Program; Leslie & Julie Anglin) to the Kentucky Arts Council.

Live music will be performed by “Blue Sky”, featuring musicians Michael Allen, Tom Berry, Corbin Fitzpatrick, Brent Jack. The band is a classic rock group that plays a wide range of music from the 1960s to today’s tunes, and they perform all across the Tri-State area.

Catering by Sheila Marie will provide refreshments.

Coming up at the GGAC in September will be “Reflections in Color”, the works of Michelle Ward Ciancio with a live performance by Corduroy Brown. October will bring back another crowd favorite, the Grayson Gallery’s annual Halloween Art Show & Costume party, part of Explore Grayson’s Octoberfest event through October 31st.
