The aviation maintenance program offered jointly by Mountwest Community and Technical College and Marshall University will be featured at an open house event Saturday, April 22.
James Smith, program director, said that the event will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Huntington Tri-State Airport campus.
“Come tour our education hangars at Tristate Airport,” he said. “Meet our instructors and students, and see demonstrations of training, equipment and facilities. It’s bound to be a great day if you’re interested in a career in aviation.”
Attendees can also register to win a flight in a Marshall aircraft. Refreshments will be provided.
