The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has announced that several individual eXCHANGE funding opportunity sites will be migrated to a new consolidated eXCHANGE site.
As part of the transition, the eXCHANGE system may be unavailable from 8 p.m. ET on Friday, October 2, through 6 a.m. ET on Sunday, October 4, 2026.
The migration includes the following DOE eXCHANGE sites:
- ARPA-E eXCHANGE
- CMEI eXCHANGE
- Indian Energy eXCHANGE
- NETL eXCHANGE
- OCED eXCHANGE
- Under Secretary for Energy eXCHANGE
What Marshall Researchers Need to Know
Faculty and staff who are preparing or submitting proposals through any of these DOE eXCHANGE systems should plan accordingly for the potential system downtime.
If you have an upcoming DOE submission, particularly one near the migration period, please allow additional time and coordinate with your MURC Pre-Award contact to avoid potential delays.
