New Online Performance Evaluation Process

Beginning July 1, 2026, MURC will transition its Annual Employee Performance Evaluation Process to the PeopleAdmin system to align with campus.

To support the transition, MURC HR will offer a training session for supervisors on June 16th. Supervisors are strongly encouraged to participate and become familiar with the new system and evaluation process.

MURC has also launched a new Performance Management website that serves as a central resource hub for supervisors and employees. The site includes training materials, evaluation guides, timelines, frequently asked questions, and other tools to support a successful evaluation process.
