Marshall Health and Cabell Huntington Hospital, a member of Mountain Health Network, have partnered to offer a prescription medication disposal service at the Marshall Pharmacy located at 1600 Medical Center Drive in Huntington, West Virginia.
Marshall University School of Pharmacy recently presented its annual Preceptor of the Year awards to 14 local pharmacists. Preceptors are experienced pharmacists who provide on-site supervision of pharmacy students during their clinical practice in local pharmacies.
“Graduation feels bittersweet. It’s a day symbolizing all of our hard work throughout the years, but it’s also a day we say goodbye to classmates who feel like family and a program that feels like home. But it’s incredibly exciting, because it’s a day to celebrate the excitement of the future possibilities we’ve created for ourselves,” said Sheshadri “Deea” Hoque, Class of 2021 President.
