Student Opportunities

Dietetics students benefit from a comprehensive education that combines rigorous coursework with hands-on experiences, preparing them for a variety of careers in nutrition and health. Students have access to unique community outreach opportunities through Huntington’s Kitchen, a teaching kitchen that offers practical cooking and nutrition education, enhancing their real-world skills. Engagement in organizations like the Marshall University Student Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (MUSAND) allows students to promote health and wellness within the community, fostering leadership and advocacy skills.
