Financial aid may be available to you to attend the 2024 summer terms. Summer session 2024 dates are as follows:
Summer A: May 6 – May 31
Summer B: May 6 – July 26
Summer C: May 6 – June 14
Summer D: June 17 – July 26
Summer Schedule of Courses is available at www.marshall.edu/milo/milocou.asp; advanced registration (currently enrolled students) begins Monday, March 11; and, open registration (all admitted and re-admitted students) begins Monday, March 18.
The Office of Student Financial Assistance will process Summer Financial Aid Requests on a first come-first-serve basis. The review of Summer Aid Requests will commence on Tuesday, March 19. Due to the high volume of summer aid requests and the complexity of determining student aid eligibility for summer enrollment, processing time typically takes a minimum of 10 business days.
How To Apply
Note: You may request financial aid for the summer beginning Monday, March 11, AFTER you have registered for courses. To apply, follow the steps below:
Go to myMU.marshall.edu
Enter your MUNET Account and password and click the LOGIN button
Click on Menu in the upper left-hand corner and select Financial Aid
Click Award under the Tools Menu
Click on Award By Aid Year link, select July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024 and Submit
Click on the Resources/Additional Information tab
You will only have to answer the questions on this electronic form to submit your Summer Financial Aid Application Request. In addition, you will also have to certify that you have read the terms and conditions, which are provided under the additional summer financial aid sections below, of receiving summer financial aid. Please take the time to read and understand this information.
NOTE: If you make ANY changes to your schedule or wish to change the amount/type of your summer aid after you have submitted your application, you must complete the Summer Financial Aid Change Form here.
