Please note: Failure to receive a billing statement will not be accepted as a reason for missing the payment deadline.

Important Update

Announcement:
Marshall University is transitioning from Heartland ECSI to Checkbook for faster, more flexible refund delivery. Students will receive instructions soon to select a new refund preference.

 

Emails about billing statements, payment reminders, refunds, and other account updates will now come from:
      campuspayments@touchnet.com

In addition, you will continue receiving direct communication from:
       bursar@marshall.edu

Please add both email addresses to your safe-sender list and avoid marking messages as spam. Doing so will help ensure you continue receiving important updates about your account.

 

Student Financial Aid Refunds

Summer 2026 refunds for overpayment of financial aid released to your student account will be processed beginning on the first day of the term.
