Marshall University is moving from Heartland ECSI to Checkbook for faster, more flexible refunds. Students will soon receive instructions to choose a new refund preference.

Student Financial Aid Refunds

Spring 2027 refunds for overpayment of financial aid released to your student account will be processed beginning on the first day of the term.

First Payment Due: Due in accordance with published tuition due dates
Second Payment Due: Fri. January 15 2027
