On behalf of the College of Education and Professional Development (COEPD) at Marshall University and Dean Teresa Eagle, you’re invited to participate in a focus group on the topics of content knowledge, skills, and preparedness of first-year completers who graduated from the COEPD in the 2021-2022 academic year with initial-level certification in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Secondary Education.
The focus group will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 4:00 PM. Please use the form below to register for the focus group and an email will be provided to you containing the Zoom link so that you may participate.
Per the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP), the accrediting agency of the COEPD, we are required to provide evidence that demonstrates program completers perceive their preparation as relevant to the responsibilities they encounter on the job, and their preparation was effective (R4.3). Your participation in this focus group will be kept confidential and you will not be identified in any evidence reported to CAEP or other stakeholders.
