- Employees may request up to 12 passes a year, August 1-July 31.
Scholarship Application

Requirements:
- Current Marshall Rec Employee
- Submit Professional Resume
- Submit a video (no more than 4 minutes) or essay (no more than two pages, single spaced) answering two of the three following prompts:
- How do you promote lifelong wellness in your daily life and work?
- How has working at the Rec contributed to your academic and professional success?
- Describe a moment when prioritizing wellness required you to make a difficult choice. How did that decision reflect your integrity and impact your growth?
The sacrifice you make to balance school and work does not go unnoticed. Submit your application in the spring for the Achievement of Rexcellence for your chance at winning up to $1000!
- Safety Team
- Work together to protect the safety of patrons and employees at the Recreation Center. This group assists with trainings, skill audits, emergency response drills and inspections to maintain a safe environment for all.

- Student Rec Leadership Council
- Student Rec Leadership Council acts as a liaison between Recreation Center part-time staff and full-time professional staff. They are responsible for employee involvement as they assist with and plan various programs such as the semester banquets, staff recognition, fund raising and social events. They also have a voice in topics such as staff training, uniforms and rec policies.
