Field Trip

Field Trip Packages

Field trips are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Labor Day – Memorial Day) and can accommodate groups of up to 100 participants.

For pool activities, groups must be divided into groups of 50 or fewer participants. If your group exceeds 50 participants, we recommend adding a court reservation to allow for activity rotation.

Pricing

  • Pool Only: $450
  • Climbing Wall Only: $450
    • Climbing wall capacity: 25 participants at a time
  • Pool + Climbing Wall Package: $700

What's Included

Each field trip reservation includes:

  • 2 hours of activity time in your selected activity area(s) (10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)
  • 1 hour for lunch (12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.)
  • A 3-hour reservation of either the South Meeting Room or Rec Room

Optional Add-Ons

  • Basketball/Multipurpose Court: $25 per hour
  • Turf Field: $75 per hour

Sample Rotation for Groups Over 50 Participants

For groups larger than 50, participants may rotate between activity areas. For example:

  • Group A (50 participants): Pool
  • Group B (50 participants): Court Activities
  • Groups switch activity areas halfway through the reservation.

This option helps maximize participation while adhering to pool capacity guidelines.
