Aquatic Center Hours Effective 8/17:
- Monday through Thursday: 6am-10am, 12pm-2pm, 4pm-8pm
- Friday: 6am-10am, 12pm-2pm, 4pm-7pm
- Saturday: 10am-5pm
- Sunday: 12pm-7pm
- Currently ONLY the lap lanes and leisure space are available for reservation/use. The spa and vortex are currently unavailable for use.

Pool Reservation
Online Reservation Process for Pool Lap Lanes/Leisure Areas:
- Visit the website and log into your online account
- Login to the system, or select become a guest (if you need credentials reset please call the Rec or email reccenter@marshall.edu)
- Select Scheduler
- Select Pool Reservations
- Select either Lap Lane Reservation or Leisure Area Reservation
- Lap Lanes Reservation
- Select the date and duration of your reservation
- Date can’t be more than 48 hours in advance
- Duration is between 15 – 60 minutes. One hour is the maximum
- Areas shaded as gray are unavailable. Select either Lane 1, Lane 2, or Lane 3 for your reservation.
- After selected a time, ensure all booking details are correct. Then select continue.
- If selecting another reservation, continue shopping. If done, select continue to cart.
- This next screen should have the reservation made in your name. If you would like to cancel, select the ‘Cancel Schedule’ option.
- Select the date and duration of your reservation

App Reservation Process for Pool Lap Lanes/Leisure Areas:
After downloading and creating an account on the “Rec Account” app the following steps can be completed:
- Open the app
- On the home page click “bookings”
- Choose a date (cannot be more than 48 hours in advance for lap lanes and no more than 72 hours in advance for leisure space)
- Click pool reservations
- Choose lap lane or leisure area
- Choose the lane number-if applicable
- Choose the duration (15, 30, 45, 60min)
- Choose a time slot
- Book
- Choose the member (if there are more than one person on the account)
- Click OK and add to calendar
