Spring 2023 Due Dates
Please note: Failure to receive a billing statement will not be accepted as a reason for missing the payment deadline.
For students registering November 7 (MON) – December 9, 2022 (FRI)
- CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: FRIDAY, December 9, 2022
- Students registering through Thursday, December 1st will be mailed a billing statement
- Fee assessment may be obtained by logging into CA$Htrack
- Failure to pay fees by the CANCELLATION DATE of Friday, December 9, 2022, specified on the statement will result in the cancellation of your class schedule
For students registering December 10 (SAT) – January 6, 2023 (FRI)
- CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: FRIDAY, January 6, 2023
- Students will NOT be mailed a billing statement
- Fee assessment may be obtained by logging into CA$Htrack
- Failure to pay fees by the cancellation date of Friday, January 6, 2023, will result in the cancellation of your class schedule
For students registering January 7 (SAT) – January 13, 2023 (FRI)
- CANCELLATION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF FEES: FRIDAY, January 13, 2023
- Students will NOT be mailed a billing statement
- Fee assessment may be obtained by logging into CA$Htrack
- Failure to pay fees by the cancellation date of Friday, January 13, 2023, will result in the cancellation of your class schedule
OASIS Payment Plan for Tuition and Housing
Available through late registration date (January 13)
| First Payment | Due in accordance with published tuition due dates |
| Second Payment | January 20 |
| Third Payment | February 20 |
| Fourth (final) Payment | March 20 |
Credit card and personal check payments may also be made online through CA$Htrack. You must have your Student ID and PIN numbers available when paying online. Please contact our office at 304-696-6620 if you have any questions regarding your account
