Online Course Fees 2014 – 2015

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Online course tuition is assessed at a flat rate identified below. This rate is assessed for ALL online courses (courses listed in the schedule of courses with the “Online Course” attribute) and is separate from tuition assessed for any other courses you may be enrolled in. This fee does not apply to Virtual Courses. *The fee schedule for virtual courses are the same as classroom courses.

If you are a full-time student taking traditional courses and add an online course, you will be charged the online course tuition in addition to the tuition for your full-time traditional courses.

Undergraduate Students – $237 per credit hour

Graduate Students- $327 per credit hour

High School Students – $134 per credit hour

Announcement:
Marshall University is transitioning from Heartland ECSI to Checkbook for faster, more flexible refund delivery. Students will receive instructions soon to select a new refund preference.

 

Emails about billing statements, payment reminders, refunds, and other account updates will now come from:

In addition, you will continue receiving direct communication from:

Student Financial Aid Refunds

Summer 2026 refunds for overpayment of financial aid released to your student account will be processed beginning on the first day of the term.
