About Me:
Since I was diagnosed with Type I diabetes at the age of 13, I have always been interested in how food affects my body. Using my knowledge of nutrition and exercise, I have found what works for me. Working together, I will encourage you to try new foods, set appropriate goals, and help you find what works for you. In addition to my work as a dietician, I also teach dance fitness classes and find that this community really helps me to stay motivated! When I have time, I love to hike, try new restaurants, and spend time with my family (including my 2 kitties, Spencer & Deeks).
