Event Sponsorship
A substantial portion of each event’s registration fee directly contributes to the recently established Scholarship and Development Fund. This fund is a focal point for the Student Recreation Council, playing a pivotal role in fostering the development of our dedicated staff. Receive a discount by sponsoring all three events!
Thundering Pickle Classic – November 15th 2025

The Marshall Rec Center is excited to host a full-day pickleball tournament open to all skill levels. The event will begin in the morning with a mixed doubles tournament. In the afternoon, we will continue the competition with a same gender doubles tournament. Participants can expect a fun and competitive atmosphere, with prizes awarded to top teams and refreshments available throughout the day.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for $100 each. Each sponsored pickleball area will be referred to by your business name throughout the event, providing ongoing recognition. Available sponsorships include:

Indoor Triathlon & Splash and Dash – Spring 2026

Join us for the Tri-State’s only indoor triathlon featuring swimming, biking, and running—all indoors! Participants will swim in our lap lanes, cycle 8 miles on indoor bikes, and run 2 miles on treadmills.

Urban Disc Golf Championship – Spring 2026

• Cars, trucks, boats or any other type of vehicle are not permitted to be a part of booth displays.
• Any food items provided by RecFest vendors must be given away at no cost to participants.
• All items that make up booth displays are subject to approval from RecFest staff.
• Sales of any kind are not permitted at RecFest.
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at any time during RecFest.
• Electricity is available for those who fill out the Electricity Use Form due by August 8th.
• Vendors are responsible for providing any additional items for the reserved booth.
• Marshall Rec Center offers incidental use of space and does not endorse any vendors
participating in RecFest.
As a vendor, you will receive a 6’ x 2.5’ table in an 8’ x 10’ space. In addition, the space will be accompanied by two chairs.
