Biography

  • Leads the strategy, planning, and promotion of large-scale career events, including All Majors Career Fairs, industry-specific fairs, etiquette dinners, and experiential career programming
  • Manages and develops content for the website using WordPress
  • Oversees marketing and communications for the Office of Career Education, including email campaigns, social media strategy, and targeted outreach to diverse student populations
  • Provides student and alumni career coaching
  • Supervises and develops professional staff and graduate assistants, fostering a team culture focused on student success and continuous improvement

Jennifer is a hands-on, results-producing practitioner who is intuitive and thinks outside the box. She provides strategic thinking, employer relations, and markets the career education office through strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Jennifer coaches students on career development, goal setting, search opportunities, and social media branding. She also develops content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts. She is a proud graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and Loyola University Chicago but considers herself an “adopted daughter” of Marshall. She’s been attending Thundering Herd football games since birth. Go Herd!
