The Herd Hired Fund helps remove financial barriers so Marshall students can participate in high-impact career exploration experiences such as:
- Employer site visits
- Industry tours
- Regional recruiting trips
- Networking opportunities
- Job shadowing experiences
- Career Treks
These experiences give students valuable real-world exposure, helping them build confidence, clarify career goals, and better understand employer expectations before entering the workforce.
Ways to Get Involved
Employers can support the Herd Hired Fund through:
- Financial contributions:
As a thank-you for a contribution of $1,000 or more, participating organizations will receive:
- A complimentary booth at the Fall Career Fair
- Two reserved seats at the Etiquette Dinner
- Hosting employer site visits
- Providing immersive learning experiences
- Participating in networking and professional development opportunities
