Biography
Dr. Eugenia Lambert is a professor and program coordinator who is passionate about preparing the next generation of educational leaders. She teaches in the Master’s and Doctoral Leadership Studies programs, advising students through capstones and dissertations, and serving as both chair and co-chair on research committees. She also mentors students pursuing grant- and scholarship-funded research and frequently collaborates with them on presentations and publications.
Her current scholarly focus is on principal program effectiveness, which she is presenting at the SRCEA Conference. She has also conducted research on state takeovers of school systems, a topic she hopes to revisit with colleagues. In the community, Dr. Lambert leads the Rocky Tops team, which raised over $10,000 for the American Cancer Society this year, and she volunteers regularly at Buffalo Elementary.
Above all, she values the privilege of teaching, advising, and collaborating with students—and cherishes time spent with her grandchildren, the greatest joy of her life.
