Beginning today, Tuesday, September 20, Marshall University will have the new COVID-19 bivalent booster available at its vaccine clinic on the Huntington campus. As expected, the university’s initial supply is limited and will be given on a first come, first served basis.
A second order of vaccine is pending, although a delivery date has not been set.
The university’s vaccine site, located on the first floor of the Memorial Student Center, will be open Tuesday, (today) 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., providing testing, initial doses and new booster doses of vaccine. Unless otherwise noted, the vaccine clinic is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Please note that the new booster is also available at many health care facilities and pharmacies in the area.
