The MATH STAMPEDE (Mastery, Achievement, and Tutoring for the Herd. Students Thundering Ahead in Math Preparation, Empowerment, and Development to Excellence) is a summer math program designed to help incoming students refresh their math skills, improve placement, build confidence, and STAMPEDE into college ready for success.

Built around the nationally recognized ALEKS PPL (Placement, Preparation, and Learning) system, MATH STAMPEDE helps ensure that you are placed into exactly the right math class for your skills and goals.

  1. You sign up.

    • You take a placement assessment. In one short session, ALEKS PPL’s adaptive AI pinpoints exactly what you know and what you need to review.
  2. You review.

    • ALEKS uses the same AI engine to build a custom study plan, skipping topics you’ve mastered and zeroing in on the skills that will prepare you for your upcoming college math course—no busywork, no wasted time.
