MATH STAMPEDE APPLY

 

Follow these steps to apply for the MATH STAMPEDE pilot program

Invites to the MATH STAMPEDE program have gone out—look in your Marshall email to see if you’re in! If eligible, your ALEKS PPL license is free while supplies last.

Who’s Eligible for the program?

If you’ve received an invitation, congratulations — you’re eligible to participate! Not sure if you’ve been invited? Check the eligibility criteria below to find out:

Fully admitted incoming freshman
Registered for orientation with an intent to enroll in Fall classes
Priority for study participation and free ALEKS PPL licenses will be given to Marshall for All and Pell-eligible students
You haven’t yet completed Calculus 1.  If you’ve already complete Calculus 1 or placed out of it with an AP Calculus AB or BC exam, you’re already ahead of the game and don’t need this program. 

How to get started

1. Read the program details

  • Read the Recruitment Letter that was sent to you. It contains important information about the program’s purpose and what participation involves.

2. If interested, email by either responding to the Recruitment Email or use the contact information below.

  • By email to:

  • Once your email is received, your application will be reviewed to confirm eligibility and free license availability.  If approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to access your free ALEKS PPL license.

4. Access ALEKS PPL.

  • Check your Marshall email for your personalized access link.
  • Log in using your Marshall email and password to get started — free of charge.

Note:  Once the 200 free licenses have been distributed, the cost will be a nominal fee of $25.
