We award the Robert “Chuck” Chambers Scholarship to a student who demonstrates an interest government and public service in West Virginia.
Submit an essay (500-750 words) detailing your interest in West Virginia state government and a commitment to public service in West Virginia. Applicants must be full-time students at the junior or senior level with a 3.5 GPA or higher. Preference given to residents of Mingo county and demonstrated financial need.
