All diplomas will be mailed to the permanent address provided to the University. If you have an international permanent address, please visit University Express Mail Service and create a shipment to have your diploma mailed. Please select Marshall University as the institution and the Office of the Registrar as the department. If you have not received your diploma, please send an email inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (304) 696-6410.
Marshall University now offers students the ability to apply for graduation online. By logging into myMU, students can fill out the application and pay the commencement fee at the same time. Paper applications must be returned to the student’s academic dean’s office and fee payment made to the Bursar’s office.

Students who do not complete the application by the deadline for the semester in which they intend to graduate will need to contact their Dean’s office regarding graduation.
