Legacy Photographics is the official photographer for the May 2019 commencement ceremony. Each graduate should have received an email proof within 48 hours of the ceremony. If you would like to purchase photos, please visit their website. Please direct all inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (610) 279-1791. There is no obligation to purchase pictures.
Diploma covers were presented to students at the Commencement ceremony. If you did not attend Commencement, you may stop by the Registrar’s Office to pick up your diploma cover. The office is located in Old Main 106A and open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Diploma covers cannot be mailed.
Marshall University diplomas will be mailed to the student’s permanent address 4-6 weeks after the conferral date. Students may verify or update their address via myMU. If you have an international permanent address, please visit University Express Mail Service and create a shipment to have your diploma mailed. Please select Marshall University as the institution and the Office of the Registrar as the department. If you have not received your diploma, please send an email inquiry to email@example.com or call (304) 696-6410.
Marshall University offers students the ability to apply for graduation online. By logging into myMU, students can fill out the application and pay the commencement fee at the same time. Paper applications must be returned to the student’s academic dean’s office and fee payment made to the Bursar’s office. Students who do not complete the online application by the deadline for the semester in which they intend to graduate will need to contact their Dean’s office regarding graduation.
