The Department of Integrated Science & Technology was dissolved as of July 1, 2016 as part of a reorganization of the College of Science. The programs that made up the department have found new homes as listed below:
- Computer & Information Technology is now in the College of Engineering and Computer Sciences
 - Criminal Justice & Criminology is now in the Department of Criminal Justice, Criminology, & Forensic Sciences
 - Digital Forensics & Information Assurance is now Cyber Forensics & Security in the Department of Criminal Justice, Criminology, & Forensic Sciences
 - Environmental Science is now in the Department of Natural Resources & Earth Sciences
 - Natural Resource & Recreation Management is now in the Department of Natural Resources & Earth Sciences
