Challenged, but retained at the Westmount Public Library in Quebec, Canada, following a complaint submitted by a library member. The catalog provides a comprehensive retrospective of Robert Mapplethorpe’s photographs, offering a fascinating overview of Mapplethorpe’s universe: New York in the 1970s and ’80s, portraits, flowers, and naked men.
