Lab: Principal Investigator of the Technological & Interpersonal Predictors of Success (TIPS) Lab, focused on giving undergraduate and graduate students experience with organizational consulting and program evaluation with quantitative survey research.
Research Interests: Improving Student Attitudes, Self-Perceptions, Performance, and Retention; Evaluation of Programs for Substance Abuse Disorder Treatment; Effects of Diversity Climate, Organizational Justice, Leadership Support, and Interpersonal Relations on Job Related Outcomes of Employees in Academia
