We are seeking dedicated veteran students at Marshall to lead public discussion groups with other veterans throughout WV. Discussion leaders will be provided with a stipend for their participation and free reading materials. Being a student discussion leader involves the following:
- Attending a 3-day preparatory program August 18-20, 2021 (during Week of Welcome) on Marshall’s campus.
- Enrolling in the course, The Wars Within, with Drs. Christina Franzen and Robin Riner in Fall 2021.
- Leading 5 public discussion groups with veterans during the Spring semester, 2022.
