New Leadership
We are happy to report that the Geography Club elected a new team of officers during this week’s meeting. Here is the new leadership team:

Congratulations to our new leaders! We look forward to their new agenda for the 2018-2019 academic year. By the way, the club it is still looking to fill the sergeant at arms position, so if you are interested in joining the officer team, feel free to nominate yourself or someone else.
Also, on Saturday March 31st the Humanities and Technology Camp (THATCamp) will take place at Marshall University’s Visual Arts Center from 9AM to 5PM. Registration is now open. For your $30 registration fee, you will be provided with a THATCamp Marshall 2018 t-shirt, lunch, coffee, water, and snacks. Undergraduate and graduate students, your registration is free of charge, thanks to the generous support of multiple sponsors (College of Liberal Arts, Department of English, Department of Geography, and Honors College for sponsoring student registrations). All interested in attending, please make sure to complete the registration form.
Finally, do not forget to send us your pictures of any physical or cultural landscape that you happened to take during the break. We will love to share it with all members of the department.
