The Marshall University Provost Student Advisory Board, a student committee formed by the Provost, provides advice and feedback from students directly to Marshall’s academic administration.
Mission
The mission of the Marshall University Provost Student Advisory Board (MUPSAB) is to enhance the quality of the educational experience for both undergraduate and graduate students. MUPSAB, composed of a diverse group of student leaders, serves as a bridge between the student body and the university administration. It aims to provide valuable insights into the student experience and facilitate constructive dialogue between students and administrators.
Membership
MUPSAB is composed of undergraduate and graduate student leaders, including the President and Vice President of the Student Government Association (SGA). All members selected for MUPSAB should demonstrate strong leadership skills and a deep commitment to the Marshall University community.
Qualifications
The members of the Marshall University Provost Student Advisory Board (MUPSAB) include student representatives who are either chosen by their peers or appointed by the Student Government Association (SGA) leadership. This ensures a mix of both elected and appointed representatives in the board.
