Intercultural Student Scholarship Application

For students enrolling for the academic year 2023-24
Applicant Eligibility: Marshall University recognizes that a culturally diverse student body benefits and enriches the educational experience of all students, faculty, and staff. The Intercultural Student Scholarship opportunity is a valued component of the Intercultural Student Initiative, established in 2014 to increase the enrollment of underrepresented minority students.

Students are only eligible to apply for this scholarship if he/she:

  1. Was nominated by their high school AND attended/completed an Annual Intercultural Student Weekend experience at Marshall during their junior or senior year of high school
  2. Belong to one or more of the following ethnic and racial minorities: Black, African American, Alaskan Native, American Indian, Asian, Hawaiian Native, Hispanic or Latino, and/or Pacific Islander.
