Choral Festival

PLACE: Smith Music Hall, Marshall University
REPERTOIRE: Chosen from the W.V. All-State and All-State Chamber Choir lists:

- There Was a Time Elaine Hagenberg (SATB) All-State
- Hodie! Christus natus est Jan Pieterszoon Sweelinck (SSATB) All-State
- Hark, I Hear the Harps Eternal Alice Parker (SATB) ACDA
- Wade in the Water Stacey V. Gibbs ACDA
*High schools are responsible for providing sheet music for their students.
CONTACT: Please include payment to Marshall University, name, voice part, and t-shirt sizes (S-M-L-XL-XXL) for each student.
PRESENTATIONS: MU Choirs and Voice/Choral faculty members
ATTIRE: Casual. We will wear festival t-shirts for the livestream broadcast.
FORMAT: Students will receive a festival T-shirt and a certificate for participation. Parents may attend the final run through of music, which will begin at 4:15 pm. This will also be live-streamed and archived on our School of Music YouTube channel for family and friends or for students to review later for practice purposes.

Student fee: $20/student. Checks made payable to “Marshall University.”
No registration fee for directors.
