
Recently, Dr. Lauren Waugh and five Forensic Science Graduate students traveled to Baltimore MD for the 77th Annual Scientific Conference of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. Two students were selected to give poster presentations of their research:
Hope Hardiman: “Investigation of the Impact of the Fire Debris Sample Extraction Process on Latent Prints”
Kathryne Hartung: “Impact of Sound Suppressors on Gunshot Residue Deposition”
In addition; Dr. Waugh and Dr. Rosalynn Quinones were recognized for their research examining the chemical composition of CBD vapes.
