The Marshall University College of Science invites high school students from across the region to campus for High School Science Day on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Huntington, West Virginia. The event is free, and lunch is included.
Participants will spend the day exploring hands-on science through lively demonstrations, sampling liquid nitrogen ice cream, traveling through the cosmos in a portable planetarium, and zooming into the nano-world with the College of Science’s Scanning Electron Microscope.
Space may be limited, and students are encouraged to reserve their spot early. RSVP to Dr. Sean P. McBride at mcbrides@marshall.edu.
