Faculty and students can submit support tickets through MyMU. This is the best way to request help with technology, Blackboard, account access, or other university support needs.
Submit a Ticket Through MyMU
To submit a support request:
- Go to MyMU.
- Look in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select My Support.
- From there, you can either:
- Search for the issue or service you need help with using the search window, or
- Browse Common Requests to find the appropriate support option.
Once you select the request that best matches your need, follow the prompts to submit your ticket.
