How to Submit a Support Ticket

Faculty and students can submit support tickets through MyMU. This is the best way to request help with technology, Blackboard, account access, or other university support needs.

Submit a Ticket Through MyMU

To submit a support request:

  1. Go to MyMU.
  2. Look in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Select My Support.
  4. From there, you can either:
    • Search for the issue or service you need help with using the search window, or
    • Browse Common Requests to find the appropriate support option.

Once you select the request that best matches your need, follow the prompts to submit your ticket.
