Student Body President, Vice President, and Cabinet
The Executive power shall be given to in Student Body President. To this end, the Student Body President must ensure that the Executive Branch adheres to the requirements, responsibilities, structure, and membership set forth by the Student Government Association Executive Branch By-Laws, so long as they are not in conflict with this constitution. The executive cabinet is appointed by the Student Body President and tasks shall be delegated through this same outlet.
