Biology student and Yeager Scholar Isaac Campbell prepares for medical school

Isaac Campbell, a biology major and Yeager Scholar from Ashland, Kentucky, is graduating from Marshall University with minors in chemistry and pre‑professional healthcare. Campbell distinguished himself through academic achievement and service, reflecting a strong commitment to a future career in medicine.

During his time at Marshall University, Campbell earned acceptance into the university’s Early Assurance Program, a significant milestone in his path to medical school. He also received the Biological Sciences Citizenship Award and a NASA Undergraduate Research Award, recognizing both his academic success and engagement in research and community.

As a Yeager Scholar, Campbell participated in study abroad experiences in Greece and at Oxford, opportunities that enriched his academic journey and broadened his perspective. This fall, he will remain at Marshall University to begin medical school. The College of Science congratulates Campbell and wishes him continued success.
