Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality service to our students, parents, alumni and the University community in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the highest possible standards of accuracy in the administration of the finances for Marshall University.  Our objectives are based on improving customer service, enhancing employee capabilities, and targeting applications for new technology and a cost-effective administration.

Student Financial Aid Refunds

After the Office of Student Financial Assistance has released awarded aid to your student account, refunds for any overpayments will be issued in 7-10 business days.

Refunds for the Fall 2022 term will be processed beginning August 22, 2022, the first day of class.

Important Due Dates

Fall 2022 Due Dates:

August 19, 2022

 

Oasis Due Dates:

1st Due Date: Due upon acceptance of Oasis agreement

2nd Due Date: September 14

3rd Due date: October 14

4th Due Date: November 14
