The 86th Annual Award Banquet was held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at the Marshall Health Network Arena in Huntington, WV. Among the awarded honorees were two alumni of Marshall University College of Science, Dr. Lonnie G. Thompson and Dr. Ellen Mosley-Thompson. Dr. Lonnie G. Thompson was the National Award Recipient of the Distinguished Alumnus.
