Biography
Nikki Barr, MA LPC, has served as a Mental Health Specialist in Marshall University’s Counseling Center since February 2019. Nikki is from Kenova, WV and is a two-time Marshall Alumna receiving a master’s degree in Counseling as well as a BA in Psychology. Nikki is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of WV. Nikki is certified as a Safe Talk trainer. She is also a certified DBT therapist and has been trained in Trauma Focused CBT, REBT, and mindfulness meditation.
