The Marshall University Emergency Preparedness Plan provides a management framework for responding to major emergencies that may threaten the health and safety of the University community or disrupt its programs and operations. The Emergency Plan applies to many emergency events, including fires or explosions, hazardous material releases, extended power outages, floods, widespread infectious diseases, or mass casualty events.
