Rebuttal to Appeal of Final Outcome or Dismissal Letter

This form allows either party (Complainant or Respondent) to submit a rebuttal in response to an appeal of a Final Outcome Letter, an accommodation decision, or a mandatory or discretionary dismissal under the Title IX process. The rebuttal provides an opportunity to address the grounds and arguments raised in the appeal. Rebuttals must be submitted within five (5) business days of the appeal being filed. Upon submission, the rebuttal will be shared with the appealing party. Requests for an extension must demonstrate good cause and be submitted in writing to the Title IX Coordinator by the close of business on the fifth business day.
