Marshall University will honor 1,131 graduates from July and August 2015 and students who are tentatively scheduled to graduate in December at the annual winter commencement at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena in downtown Huntington. Learn more here.

In just seven weeks, graduation day will arrive and the Class of 2015 will depart. But first, to help those who plan to participate in the graduation ceremony at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena, Marshall will conduct its semi-annual Countdown to Commencement Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 3 and 4, in the Memorial Student Center’s Don Morris Room on the Huntington campus. It will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day, and refreshments will be served. Learn more about Countdown to Commencement here.
Free flu shots will be administered to students from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6th and 9 a.m. until supplies last on Wednesday, October 7th in the MSC’s Don Morris Room. The Flu Shot Clinic is sponsored by our college’s School of Nursing and the Student Health Education Program.

October 13, 2015 — last day to add a 2nd 8 weeks class for the fall semester
October 30, 2015 — last day to drop an individual full semester class
November 9 – November 20 Registration for spring for currently enrolled students. Remember you must meet with your advisor each semester. Watch your email for dates and times for advising sessions for spring.
November 23 – November 28 Thanksgiving break
December 6 — last day to totally withdraw for the fall term.
Friday, August 28, 2015, is the last day students may make changes in their fall schedule. Students may add/drop classes using MILO until 5 PM on Friday.
