All training for the Purchasing Card is now done in an online format. A link to the online training will be provided via email to the applicant once a completed application is received in the Purchase Card Office. This online training is required every two years for existing cardholders.
1. Go to www.wvsao.gov
2. Click on the “My Apps” link, and either Sign In or Sign Up.
3. Complete the series of questions to verify your identity.
4. Complete the Marshall Purchase Card Application
5. Submit to Teresa Meddings – Purchase Card at Accounts Payable Office at 203 Old Main
Once your application has been approved, you will receive instructions for completing your online Cardholder and Ethics training.
