MUIT Service Desk

The Marshall University Information Technology (MUIT) Service Desk offers extensive technical support to the University community across multiple platforms. Assistance is available in person, by phone, live chat, and self-service through myMU.  Common requests include help with accounts, MU WiFi connectivity, mobile email setup, and software access. A full list of services is available in the service catalog. Extended hours 7 days a week provides support to meet the University’s technology needs.
