The Marshall University Information Technology (MUIT) Service Desk offers extensive technical support to the University community across multiple platforms. Assistance is available in person, by phone, live chat, and self-service through myMU. Common requests include help with accounts, MU WiFi connectivity, mobile email setup, and software access.
