Are you interested in a challenging, time-efficient workout based on your individual fitness goals? Then look no further. The Marshall Rec Center has a variety of personal trainers who will work with you to help you find your fit. Learn more about our Personal Trainers.

Each trainer has their own style of training and we will work with you to find the trainer that is the best fit for your needs. Please use the form below to request any of our Fitness Services (Personal Training, Fitness Assessment, Dietician Consultation, Youth Fitness Orientation or Advanced Fitness Testing) offered by the Rec Center. We will contact you with further information regarding trainers or fitness staff who are available during your preferred days and times.
