Are you interested in a challenging, time-efficient workout based on your individual fitness goals? Then look no further. The Marshall Rec Center has a variety of personal trainers who will work with you to help you find your fit.

Each trainer has their own style of training and we will work with you to find the trainer that is the best fit for your needs. Please use the form below to request any of our Fitness Services (Personal Training, Fitness Assessment, Dietician Consultation, Youth Fitness Orientation or Advanced Fitness Testing) offered by the Rec Center. We will contact you with further information regarding trainers or fitness staff who are available during your preferred days and times.
Personal Trainers

Personal Training (Individual 60 Minute)

Whether you are a beginner exerciser or an athlete, our certified Personal Trainers are eager to provide their knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your goals. Our trainers will develop individualized exercise sessions to meet your desired comfort level.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is for groups of three or more who are looking for a customized training program.

PROGRAM DESIGN

Calling all gym-goers —  If you thrive on self motivation and structure but need help in creating or updating your routine, this program is for YOU! Let our certified personal trainers use their knowledge and expertise to create or fine-tune your routine to enhance the progression of your fitness level.

This service may be completed either in-person or virtual per request.

Initial Program Design:
Members/Non-Members: $125

  • Includes an initial fitness assessment & goal setting appointment with a program design

Monthly Follow-Up:
Members/Non-Members: $95

  • Recurring option for those seeking monthly follow-up for program progression
  • Requires signing an auto-drat form with membership (may cancel at any time)

 

YOUTH FITNESS ORIENTATION

To help young members ages 9-17 learn the basics of proper, effective and safe use of cardio and strength equipment, our Personal Trainers offer private equipment orientations. This complimentary service is available to all current and new youth members.

They will learn training techniques to maximize the benefits of their exercise program and review appropriate etiquette and behavior guidelines. Youth fitness orientations are available upon request. The sessions last around 30 minutes and are free to youth members. To register, please fill out this form and you will be contacted to schedule.
